Support the Legal team in its efforts to provide legal and regulatory support across the Company. You'll be involved in driving strategic priorities, tackling operational challenges, and helping manage various legal, regulatory, and compliance projects. Engage proactively with the rest of the Company, most notably the Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Procurement, and Product organizations.

This unique role integrates the in-depth legal expertise of an attorney with the adaptable, client-focused approach of a consultant. As a part of Harbor's VGS team, you will work closely with project team members and client personnel, facilitating the review of vendor contracts, supporting negotiations with vendors to optimize terms and conditions, and adhering to both the client’s and VGS’ contracts administration process.
